Community Store
The Giving Closet is a Free Community Store. Families and individuals choose from clothing, critical household items, toiletries and food items from Clark County Food Bank when they visit the store.
Welcome Home Bundles
These bundles are offered to families that find themselves in harm’s way. It provides basic necessities that have helped hundreds of new apartments feel more like home.
Destination Plus Size
Local merchants specializing in plus sized clothing make regular donations for The Giving Closet shoppers. This helps to ensure that all guests can shop with dignity.
Meals
The Giving Closet partners with a neighboring church to provide a filling meal to homeless shoppers during their designated shopping hour. They are also offered a variety of food items and personal grooming supplies to carry with them when they go.

Back to School BASH
In August, The Giving Closet gears up for the start of the school year. Brand new backpacks, coats, shoes, and socks are collected for kids so that they start school filled with confidence just like their classmates.
Shopping for the Aging and Disabled
By appointment, we facilitate shopping trips for elderly, veterans, and adults who may need special accommodations and assistance while shopping. Group homes and facilities arrive by bus to take advantage of these shopping opportunities.
Christmas Celebration
Santa visits The Giving Closet during December to deliver holiday cheer and a bag full of gifts for our precious children.
